Chef’s Butter Chicken is the very unique live kitchen concept serving authentic Indian cuisine with some of the creative dishes by our chefs, using charcoal grill. 100% of the starter menu, is charcoal grilled which is the healthier options and lots of variety to choose from. We are cooking fresh food from scratch, so our customers can enjoy the fresh food and variety of herbs and spices as well. We also serve liquor, tap beer, wines and some specialty drinks.
Although having 11 years of experience now at 5-Star hotels and restaurants, my journey started in 2002 - 2005 with Holiday Inn hotels And Resorts in Gujarat, India. I then moved on to work with ITC Fortune Hotels from 2005 to 2008 in India. I am proud to be part of the opening team of Fortune Klassic in Ludhiana, Punjab from 2005 - 2007, and also worked with Fortune Landmark Indore MP. I have also helped in the opening of a new restaurant called Earthenoven in 2008. After moving to Canada, my cooking endeavours took me to working with Red Robin restaurants from 2008-2013.
I like to consider myself a young creative chef who is passionate about food and founder of the Chef’s Butter Chicken Restaurants. I have a deep knowledge of Indian cuisine and continental food as well, and has specialty in roasting/charcoal grill.
